The Small Two Hole Faerie Stone is a natural talisman with two openings shaped by wind, water, sand and time. This particular stone was found and sent to me by my friend Alanna, a kindred spirit and fellow nature lover who regularly beachcombs the shores of Lake Ontario.
On our annual summer sojourn to Canada in 2020, Sasha and I discovered thirty ancient rocks, each with natural holes born of wind, water, sand and time. These special stones have long been considered naturally occurring talismans thought to bring protection, healing and sweet luck. Some believe their holes are windows through which you can connect to other worlds.
Once we learned about the power and symbolism of the stones, I decided to cast them in polished metal, preserving their natural forms and letting their beauty and magic shine.
The two openings make this Faerie Stone especially tactile and distinctive. Wear it on a chain to hold the faeries close to your heart, or keep it as a small totem for your home. Hold it in your palm as you contemplate your next steps, making space for strength, calm and creativity.
